There are two methods to access the page.


Method 1: Access from Nero Start:


1. Open Nero Start and click the Account Settings button in the upper-right corner. 

    Select My products.



2. Locate your subscription product and select Details.


 



3. Click Ref Number.


4. In the left sidebar, click button of Request refund. 


5. Select the refund reason and input the comment, click button of REQUEST REFUND and sent out the request.




6. Our payment partner 2Checkout will review your eligibility for a refund and process it as quickly as possible. You are entitled to a 30-day trial with an unconditional refund, except for monthly AI product credits that have already been used. 
Once approved, the amount will be credited to your account within the next few business days, depending on your issuing bank.



Method 2: Access from www.nero.com:


1. Click the Sign in button in the upper-right corner. 


2. Select Subscriptions.


3. Locate your subscription product and click it. 


4.  You will proceed to Step 3 of the first method.
