You are entitled to a 30-day trial with an unconditional refund, except for monthly AI product credits that have already been used.
Once approved, the amount will be credited to your account within the next few business days, depending on your issuing bank.
please note for payment with Direct Debit, the refund will take longer than usual. The refund period is determined by our payment service provider 2Checkout and we have no influence over it. In case of a Direct Debit payment the refund will be proceeded within 6 weeks from the payment date.
