These are some possibilities of how to reach Nero:

  • Upload NeroSupport.cab to any cloud and share the link to us.
  • Change to another email and send us the NeroSupport.cab file.
    Note: Don't forget to include the email history to make us understand the problem in a new support ticket
  • Change the file extension of NeroSupport.cab to NeroSupport.txt as attachment.
    Some email clients block the .cab file (e.g. Google Mail).
