How long does the hardware delivery usually take?

We ship our products directly from our office in Germany. Depending on the destination country, delivery may take up to 3 to 4 weeks.

If you have not received your shipment after three weeks, or if you would like to know when your package was shipped, please contact our Nero Support Team at feedback@nero.com.

Since we use regular postal service, tracking is only available for packages shipped within Germany.
