If you have paid for Nero but still get messages such as trial or expired, please check the below aspects:

 

  1. Check the email address of your Nero account, and make sure that you have login to your Nero account with the correct email address.
  2. Check the default products of your Nero Start, and switch on the activated product as your default product in Nero Start.
