DVD-Video burnt by Nero Video plays without sound. What should I do?

If you encounter this problem, please go to Nero Video, preview your source project. Make sure before burning, the sound is ok. If there is no sound when previewing source, it means the source files have problems.

If there is no problem when previewing source project, please try below methods:

For Nero Video 2017 and Nero Video 2018, open Options->Recording Format Options->Audio format, select audio format to AC3(not Automatic), then burn to DVD again.

For Nero Video 2019, open Nero Control Center-> Update. Click Check for updates button. If Nero Video is listed, please do online update to latest version.
