One possible reason is MediaHome face scan SDK does not support some low-end CPU. You could try below steps to replace face scan SDK and try again:

1. Backup all files under C:\Program Files (x86)\Nero\Nero 2020 (2021 or Nero Platinum)\Nero MediaHome\Nero.CognitecConnector

2. Delete the 2 files from above folder: "frsdk-9.4.1.dll","CognitecConnector.dll"

3. Download and unzip "SSE2.zip" from here: https://ecloud.nero.com/index.php/s/fHjbYQ5s8nrBEAw 

4. From the unzipped folder, copy "CognitecConnector.dll" and "frsdk-9.4.2.dll" to above folder, replace the original files.

5. Run MediaHome again.
