Existem versões N da maioria dos sistemas Windows, o que significa que o sistema não contém o Windows Media Player.

Nesses sistemas Windows N, para executar o Nero Video, você deve instalar manualmente o Windows Media Pack.

Para o Windows 10 N existem versões diferentes do Media Feature Pack, verifique se a versão correta está instalada:
