If Nero BackItUp doesn't work correctly to restore your DVDs, you can manually find out your source files.
- Find out all ".nba" files from your DVDs
- Change the extenstion from ".nba" to ".zip".
- Unzip the folders. That way you will find out the source files.
The source files may be located in many folders, which means you need to find from the folders one by one.
Please pay special attention to the fact that most files can be retrieved by this method. It is not guaranteed that all files will be retrieved, but the loss can be recovered as much as possible. This is currently the only solution.
