Nero offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. However, this does not apply if monthly AI product subscription credits have already been used. Once your subscription has been activated and Nero Credits have been used, a refund is no longer available. 

Once approved, the amount will be credited to your account within a few business days, depending on your issuing bank.

Please note that for payments made via Direct Debit, the refund will take longer than usual. The refund period is determined by our payment service provider, 2Checkout (Verifone), and we have no influence over it. In the case of a Direct Debit payment, the refund will be proceeded within 6 weeks from the payment date.
