Please do it with the following steps:

1. Right click on  ‘My Computer’ and select ‘Manage’.
2. Then click ‘Services and Applications’, click ‘Services’.
3. Found the service name start with ‘Nero BackItUp Background service xxxx’.
4. Right-click on the service and select ‘Restart’.
