There are two ways to unsubscribe
from Nero Start:
1. Open Nero Start and click the Account Settings button in the upper-right corner.
Select My products.
2. Locate your subscription product and select Details.
3. Find Cancel Subscription.
From Nero official website www.nero.com:1. Click the Sign in button in the upper-right corner. 
2. Select Subscriptions.
3. Locate your subscription product and click it.
4. Find Cancel Subscription.
