1. After log in to Nero myAccount, from tab My Products, click on link “Update payment method”. 
2. uncheck the checkbox labelled “Enable automatic subscription renewal”, this action means cancel subscription.
3. click button of “UPDATE PAYMENT METHOD” to save.
