Please try your plug-in as these steps:
1. Install VST plug-in(s)
2. Open VST plug-Ins tab of the Editor options from menu plug-ins->VST settings; and add your VST plug-in(s)
3. Restart WaveEditor and reload an audio file
4. Select an area of the audio data
5. Select VST plug ins from menu Plug-Ins/ VST Plug ins
6. Change settings
7. Click active channels
8. Prelisten. Select OK. Listen to result. Save.
