In Motion Tracker, what should I do if the tracked object is lost during tracking?

During tracking, the tracking object loses or has an offset, you can "stop tracking" immediately, click "Zoom in" in the lower left corner, find the frame where the tracking starts error, move the tracking box to the correct position, then "start Tracking" again.

If there are some frames that are difficult to track correctly, you can also find those frames, move the tracking box to the correct position, click "Tracking backward 1 frame/Tracking forward 1 frame".
