In order to create a VCD disc with Nero Video,
Step 1. Open Nero Video.
Step 2. Drag a video file to Nero Video Home, Nero Video will pop up 'Select Video Project Type' dialog.
Step 3. Select 'Burn video disc'.
Step 4. In 'Select Disc Format' dialog, select Video CD and click OK. Then you could start creating VCD disc.
