For the applications installed from Microsoft Store, e.g. Nero DVD Player, the purchase and subscription are managed by Microsoft Store.
To cancel a Microsoft Store subscription:
1. Open Microsoft Store, log into your Microsoft account. Click the Profile button and click 'Manage account and devices' to open Microsoft web page.
2. In the web page. click 'Services & subscriptions' section. Find the subscription you could like to manage, click the Manage button on the right side.
3. You could Cancel subscription, Turn off recurring billing , and change Payment method here:
