What should I do if the map is not displayed in Places

Nero MediaHome Map server was updated to require TLS 1.2 for connection. If TLS 1.2 is not enabled on your system, the connection to our Map server fails.

Please follow the below steps to enable TLS 1.2 on your system:

1. Download "Map.zip" from the below link:

2. Unzip "Map.zip".

3. Open folder "Map", you will see 3 files: "mapx86.reg", "mapx64.reg" and "howto.png".

4. If your system is 32-bit, please merge "mapx86.reg"; if your system is 64-bit, please merge "mapx64.reg" (please open "howto.png" to know about how to merge the registry file).

5. Restart your PC.

6. Run MediaHome.
