You could use Nero Burning ROM and Nero USBxCOPY to burn data to USB sticks/cards.
In Nero Burning ROM, 'Raspberry Pi OS' and 'ISO to USB' are listed under USB stick/Card.
You can copy Raspberry Pi OS or Windows system ISO image to USB and make it as a rootable device.
Also, you can copy other ISO images such as DVD video or installation.
Or create SecurDisc to USB.
Other compilations are not supported to burn to USB.
You can also copy data by Nero USBxCopy as these steps:
1. Insert your USB sticks into your computer. They will be listed in the right panel.
2. In the left panel, choose the task you want to do: Select the source folder to copy; Create Raspberry Pi OS; ISO to USB.
3. After choosing your files, configure the settings as you like under Function.
4. Click Start to copy.
