Nero drive backup stored your entire hard disk information, which was a snapshot of your system information including the operating system configuration data, applications, system deployments, and settings. This is a whole backup and the recovery measure when your hard drive fails, the computer is corrupted, or attacked by a computer virus.
It is to restore your operating system to its previous system state and restoring a drive backup will replace your current system state. The system is rolled back to the state in which the backup was made, which means that the current system will likely be unable to work.
Due to the above reasons, we cannot provide technical support service for our customers with drive backup restore issues.
Alternatively, we will kindly provide you with a download link for the specific Nero Backup version if you can determine the Nero BackUp version number that created the backup file.
